What it actually takes
to make a book.
No packages to pick from and no prices on a page, because no two manuscripts arrive in the same condition. We look at what you have, tell you what it needs, and quote that. Here is the work itself.
01
Manuscript & Editorial
What it is. Line editing for flow, tone, and clarity. Copyediting for grammar, punctuation, and consistency. Proofreading as the final pass before anything goes to print.
What you get. A manuscript that reads like you on your best day, with a style sheet documenting every decision we made so nothing drifts between chapters.
Why it matters. A pastor's book usually fails at the sentence level, not the idea level. The message is right and the delivery leaks. Editing is where that gets fixed.
02
Design & Creative
What it is. Cover design, interior layout, typesetting, and original illustration, including full children's book art.
What you get. Print-ready files for a book that looks like it came from a publisher, because it did.
Why it matters. People decide whether to trust a book before they read a word of it. A cover that looks self-published makes a congregation quietly discount the message inside.
03
Publishing & Production
What it is. Formatting, print setup, ISBN and barcode management, and production for both print-on-demand and bulk runs.
What you get. A finished physical book, with the paperwork done properly and the print files proofed before anyone spends money on a run.
Why it matters. This is where most first-time authors lose money. Trim sizes, paper weight, spine width, and bulk economics all have right answers, and we have already made these mistakes on our own titles.
04
Marketing & Launch
What it is. Launch planning, author branding, retailer setup and optimization, and the promotional assets to carry it.
What you get. A dated launch plan, the graphics and copy to execute it, and a listing built so people can actually find the book.
Why it matters. A book nobody knows about does not serve anyone. Your congregation is the first audience, and it deserves better than one announcement from the stage.
05
Premium Add-Ons
What it is. Audiobook production, video trailers, bulk launch support for churches, and event guidance.
What you get. The extra formats and moments that turn a book into something a church can build a season around.
Why it matters. A book is one delivery of a message. We have watched the same content work harder as a curriculum, a course, a card deck, and a night a church runs four times a year.

A finished manuscript, a folder of sermon notes, or one idea you cannot put down. We will tell you honestly what it would take and what it would cost.
